You can use any of your favorite veggies like cabbage, carrots, capsicum, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, green peas, bean sprouts and beans. Veg noodles recipe Ingredients (240 ml cup used) 2 individual packs of noodles or 2 servings (prefer whole wheat or whole grain noodles) salt as needed 2 to 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp chopped garlic 3 to 4 slit green chilies (use as needed) 1 strand of mace/ javitri 1 to 2 small petals star anise 2 to 3.5 cups of mixed veggies julienned (cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, beans etc) ½ tsp pepper powder How to make the recipe Cook noodles al dente in ample amount of water. Drain and rinse them well in cold water. Set

Pour some more honey & sprinkle some pepper powder over the platter.  Garnish and Serve.

Spicy  macaroni is a mouthwatering pasta recipe cooked in the traditional Indian way with select spice powders or masalas. The boiled macaroni is tossed with onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and garam masala a nd s erved hot.                                                                                                            Ingredients 1 cup macroni  2 tbsp of finely chopped garlic 1tbsp  finely chopped ginger (adrak) 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1 cup finely chopped fresh tomato  1 tsp chilli powder 1 cube vegetables seaasoning  1/2 cup finely chopped fresh capsicum  2 tbsp tomato ketchup  Salt to taste Method   Boil enough water in a deep non-stick pan, add macaroni, salt and few drops of oil. Cook till macaroni is cooked which will take approx. 8 minutes. Drain the water and keep the pasta aside. Pasta is todays favourite food among childrens as well as elders.The yummy flavour and look of pasta attracts everyone.It is the healthy food . INGREDENTS: 1/2 (16 ounce) package rotini pasta 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons chili powder, or to taste 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 1/2 cups whole kernel corn 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves 1 cup chopped roma (plum) tomatoes 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cloves garlic Directions: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes and drain In a large bowl combine oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt and garlic. Stir in pasta and set aside to cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally. Stir in corn, beans, green pepper, red pepper and 1/2 of the cilantro leaves. Spoon onto a platter and garnish with tomatoes and remaining cilantro.

You are sure to fall in love with these Cheesy Potato Balls, which are so crispy outside yet so soft inside.   Ingredients 1 cup grated processed cheese 1 cup boiled , peeled and mashed potatoes 1/2 cup plain flour (maida) 1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage salt to taste bread crumbs for rolling oil for deep-frying For Serving tomato ketchup Method Combine the plain flour and ¾ cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well. Keep aside. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a round ball. Today i am sharing the recipe of some yummy balls-Potato balls. POTATO BALLS: INGREDENTS: 2 cups of cold mashed potatoes 1 egg,lightly beaten 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1/4 cup real bacon bites 1/2 dry bread crumbs oil for frying DIRECTIONS : Place mashed potatoes in a large bowl;let stand at room temperature for 30 mins.Stir in the egg,cheese,onions and  bacon bites.Shape into 1 in. balls;roll in bread crumbs.Let stand for 15 mins. In a electric skillet ,heat 1 in. of oil to 375 degree.Fry potato balls ,a few at a time,for 2 to 3 min.or until golden brown.Remove with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain . Serve warm. serving for 6
