    Cheese and potatoes, two ingredients that nobody refuses, come together in this exciting starter. The best part is that this duo is combined with onions and cabbage, which impart a mild and much-needed crunch to the mixture. You are sure to fall in love with these Cheesy Potato Balls, which are so crispy outside yet so soft inside.   Ingredients 1 cup grated processed cheese 1 cup boiled , peeled and mashed potatoes 1/2 cup plain flour (maida) 1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage salt to taste bread crumbs for rolling oil for deep-frying For Serving tomato ketchup Method Combine the plain flour and ¾ cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well. Kids likes playing the most .They need lots of energy . Here are some healthy snacks to keep their energy level high.so that they can enjoy their every moment of life with full energy. Today i am sharing the recipe of some yummy balls-Potato balls. POTATO BALLS: INGREDENTS: 2 cups of cold mashed potatoes 1 egg,lightly beaten 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1/4 cup real bacon bites 1/2 dry bread crumbs oil for frying DIRECTIONS : Place mashed potatoes in a large bowl;let stand at room temperature for 30 mins.Stir in the egg,cheese,onions and  bacon bites.Shape into 1 in. balls;roll in bread crumbs.Let stand for 15 mins. In a electric skillet ,heat 1 in. of oil to 375 degree.Fry potato balls ,a few at a time,for 2 to 3 min.or until golden brown.Remove with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain . Serve warm. serving for 6
